Do you turbo your taxes?
I did it! Today I dove into our 2006 tax preparation and I feel so . . . ahead. I used Turbo Tax for the first time last year and thought I loved it last year. But this year is even better. It has been a year since I used it, but it feels like they added a few new features that make it even easier to use.
I love that I can walk through everything step by step or skip around as I want. Let’s say I just want to enter our W2s - bingo I can go right there. Or I can have Turbo Tax ask me a series of questions to make sure I don’t miss anything.
As you enter things it automatically shows your refund or tax owed. This gives me a real sense of understanding with each item I enter into my return. I feel because I’m using Turbo Tax that I more fully understand taxes than I ever did when I bundled up all our receipts and took them to the accountant.
Turbo Tax is perfect for high tech control freaks - like me =:)
